Day 7 Salon and Spa
I have been going here since they openeds, me and my two daughters and now my oldest son . I have Angelic do my hair, which she has cut and colored mine, cut both my girls and my son and styled our hair as well for special occasions . I have had a couple of the other hair stylist do my hair on occasion, only a style and they do well. It is just very time consuming, due to no receptionist, the stylist or another person who is NOT a reception has to stop what they are doing and answer the phone, that constantly is ringing off the hook and/or take care of customers who come in .Getting my short hair only dyed and wash and blow dried ( dye only has to be in 15 minutes)to 2 hours and 45 mins, due to the amount of phone calls and customers coming in .There were two other stylist working, one right by the front desk but neither one took any of the calls or took care of the customers, my girl did . It made me miss something i wanted to do that afternoon . The Massage lady, CINDY is the BEST! I normally go to her about 2 to 3 times a month, but due to a torn disc in my back I have not been able to . The facial lady, Stephanie, is wonderful and so sweet . She also does all the waxing as well. I was getting my toes nails done as well however, the lady that was doing it no longer works there and I am unsure about the new one . They also have awesome jewelry with great prices .
The need for a receptionist is GREAT!! Also someone to update the website on a weekly or monthly bases would be great .
They do need a larger parking area and a larger building . But for now, a receptionist would be fantastic . Also, Someone needs to stay on the inventory of hair products as the last 4 times I have been there I have looked for a certain Kendra product that they have an advertisement for and I have bought for them in the past, but it has not been there .
A receptionist could keep on top of that .I know people who own businesses do not really want to hire anyone and want to do it themselves, but this would be a investment and would so pay off in the long run .
