I just wanted to take a second to shout out TERESA! She is a godsend. I came in last minute for a color correction right before the salon closed. She didn't have to take on my hair project, but did it without any complaints. She took her time and consulted with me to get a game plan and then executed that plan. When I came in, my hair was basically blue and grey striped with orange roots and she transformed my hair to a perfect Icy blonde. She stayed over an hour past closing time and never rushed the process. Might I add, I'm in town from Chicago where I live and trusted the wrong salon to help me out(not j.michaels). Teresa was patient and kind and did everything to her ability to make sure that I wasn't walking out of there unless my hair was exactly what I wanted. I also have to say a huge thank you to Maria who helped tag team my hair and formulate and apply the toner to get me to the perfect shade of blonde I was originally desiring. The staff was so friendly and wasn't going to let me leave until I was 100% happy. Great staff with great skills. Thank you ladies!
